
Salma Hayek Pinault born Salma Valgarma Hayek-Jimenez (September 2nd, 1966)[3][4][5] is a Mexican and American actor as well as film producer. Her career began in Mexico where she played in the telenovela Teresa (1989-1991), and the romantic drama El Callejon de los Milagros (1995) that earned her an Ariel Award nomination. She quickly made herself known in Hollywood with appearances in films such as Desperado (1995), From Dusk till Dawn (1996), Wild Wild West (1999), and Dogma (1999).
